spinach potato/Aloo palak curry
The name itself rings so many memories in us having aloo
palak in school canteens, dhabas etc, today we will try to bring back our
memories.
Aloo palak curry/Spinach potato recipe |
There are many ways of cooking spinach and potato but today's version would be easy to make.
Many of us would have two plates with roti and paratha but
trust me its equally good with bread.

Strawberry cobbler
Its Christmas time and what better time to bring in
strawberry than now. The juicy strawberries made my chef brain tick in cooking
mode. I decided to try a strawberry cobbler. The most famous, devoured and
loved dessert in this part of country.
Cobbler refers to a variety of dishes consisting of fruit or savory filling. The fresh strawberries and fluffy crust makes this dessert pleasing on eyes and easy on stomach.
The full fruit of strawberry is combined with syrup and topped with a creamy based dough. This concoction is baked until the strawberries are bubbling.
