- Avocado - 1
- Strawberry - 8 Nos
- Lime - 1/2 tbsp
- Non fat yogurt - 4 tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Sugar or honey- 2 tbsp (As per your taste)
- Blend all the above ingredients in a juicer until smooth.
- If the consistency is too thick add little milk.
