Beauty Tips!..

Home made Beauty Tips!.....

Who doesn't admire for a radiant look,so here with I have come up with few beauty tips.before getting into the natural packs, i have particularly mentioned natural because nothing can beat natural ones though it takes time but gives out perfect outcome.
I would like to give few simple care daily necessities.
  • Drinks lots of water daily (minimum 2 ltrs/day)
  • Eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables as much as you can.
  • Good sleep (minimum 8 hrs)
  • Must wash your makeup before going to bed.
Here are few easy to make at home herbal face packs.

Home Made Herbal Face Packs

 Avocado Face Pack for dry skin:

  • Mash one ripe avocado until you get a creamy extract.
  • Now apply this and wash with luke warm water and then cold water.

Mint Face Pack for Oily skin:

  • Extract mind juice and add some rose water.
  • Now apply this after few minutes rinse it with luke warm water and then cold water.

Wrinkle Free Skin:

  • Extract some Onion juice mix it with few drops of honey and apply it to face.

Pimple free skin:

  • Take 1 tbps of sandal powder and 1/4 tbps of turmeric powder
  • Mix both of these and make a thin paste by adding rose water.
  • Apply this paste at bed time and wash in the morning.

Spot free skin:

  • Take 1 tbps of multani mitti,1 tbps lemon juice,1tbps tomato juice,mix it into smooth paste.
  • Now apply this,after few minutes wash it of with luke warm water.
Glowing skin:
  • Take 2 tbps of gram flour,1/4 tbps of turmeric,honey-1tbps
  • Mix all this to a smooth paste and apply it for 15mins ,wash it of with Luke warm water.






Millet juice (sirudhaniya kanji)

Millet Juice

This kanji is a rich source of fiber and helps lower cholesterol level it is best food for weight control,diabetes and also helps to cool the body.


Preparation:
Method:1
Preparing Millet powder:
Ingredients:
1. Raggi - 500 gm
2. Corn - 500 gm
3. Kambu (Bajra/Millet) - 500gms     
4. Soya - 100 gm
5.  Barley - 50 gm
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder,this can be stored for months.

Preparation:
NOTE: This process of preparation should be done overnight and its ready to serve early morning preferably breakfast.
Process:
  • When you want to prepare take 2 tbps of powder and mix it in little water to make smooth paste.
  • Heat 150ml water in vessel and when water is boiling add the paste and stir continuously take care to avoid lumps.
  • Keep stiring for 5-7min and remove from heat.
  • Keep aside to cool.
  • Add pinch of salt and butter milk while serving.

Vanila Ice Cream!..


Vanila Ice Cream!.. 




Ingredients -
  • Milk -1 ltr
  • Sugar -400 gms
  • Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Ice cream powder - 100 gm
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2  tbps
Preparation 
  • Boil the milk in a nonstick pan for almost 10mins.
  • Meanwhile mix icecream powder,fresh cream, vanilla essence in quarter cup of cold milk.
  • Add sugar and the above mixture in boiling milk and allow it to boil for another 5min.
  • Now allow the mixture to cool.
  • Pour it in a shallow container and cover it and freeze till it sets (approx 1hr)
  • Divide the mixture into 2 portions and blend them seperatly in a blender till smooth.
  • transfer them in a container,cover and freeze till firm.
Yummyyyyyy ice cream is ready to eattttttttttttt ....:))))))))

I would love to start witha a very special recipe which symbolizes 6 tastes or flavors of life which is the mixture of shadruchullu (6) i.e., different facets in life such a-sadness,happiness,anger,disgust,surprise.
Savouring this pachadi emphasizes us to accept the life with equanimity.My penchant to learn world famous Andhra dishes made me to try out this pachadi and it turned out to be really good. 

Ingredients - (4 members);
  • Jaggery - 100 gms
  • Tamarind - lemon size
  • Neem flower- 3 tbps
  • Chilli Powder-1/2 tbps
  • RawMango- 1 (Finely chopped)
  • Salt- To Taste
  • Grapes,Banana,Fried channa-Optional.
Preparation: 5mins
  • First mix tamarind water and jaggery.
  • Add chilli powder,rawmango,salt,optional ingredients.
  • Finally add neem flower. 
Yummy ugadi pachadi is ready to serve.... :)
